Late submissions

We are currently accepting a limited number of additional abstract submissions. Presentation formats will depend on availability. Please contact us at cultureconference2026@gmail.com for further information.

Presentation formats

There will be three formats for presentations at the conference. Depending on the volume of submissions, we may not be able to offer everyone their preferred format.

• Oral presentations (Up to 12 mins)—followed by 3 min of Q&A

• Lightning talks (Up to 5 mins)—followed by 2 min of Q&A

• Poster presentations: A poster session will take place where attendees will be able to freely visit and discuss the posters on display.
